Refund and Returns Policy

-Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 -Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info.aruvana@gmail.com within 48hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

 -Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 -Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will continue processing your refund. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
